- Website Purchases: We collect your email address via Paddle for subscription management.
- App Store Purchases: Apple handles the transaction. We do not receive your billing details directly. If you voluntarily register an account for syncing, we collect your email address.
Usage Data: With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information (IP address, browser type) to improve performance.
Device Information: Basic macOS version and device type for technical compatibility.

2. Screen Recording Permission

Coloria requests screen recording permission solely to enable the color picking functionality from the user's screen. The app only reads the color values of individual pixels in real-time and does not record, save, or transmit any visual screen content. No screen data is collected or stored on our servers.

3. Payment Processors

We use third-party merchants to process payments:

Apple (App Store): Processes all App Store transactions. We do not have access to your credit card information. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy.
Paddle: Processes website purchases. Paddle shares your name and email with us for subscription verification. Please review Paddle's Privacy Policy.

Effect of Deletion: Upon request, your email and account records will be permanently removed from our active databases without delay, unless retention is required by law.
