Refund Policy

Last Updated: October 8, 2025

This Refund Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds for Coloria. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record.

1. Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Period)

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft, or profession), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Cancellation Period: The right to cancel expires 14 days from the day after the completion of the transaction.
  • How to Cancel: You must inform Paddle or Coloria of your decision via a clear statement. To ensure immediate processing, we recommend contacting Paddle Support directly at https://paddle.net.
  • Subscriptions: Your right to cancel applies only to the initial subscription purchase and not to subsequent automatic renewals.

2. Exception to the Right to Cancel

Important Note:

Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of digital content (the Coloria application) if you have already started to download, stream, or otherwise acquire the product, or if you have already had the benefit of the service.

We provide a 7-day free trial so you can fully evaluate Coloria before committing to a purchase.

3. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel within the permitted 14-day period (and the exception above does not apply), Paddle will reimburse all payments received from you.

  • Reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision.
  • The same payment method used for the initial transaction will be used, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

4. General Refund Policy

Outside of the statutory 14-day period, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and Coloria on a case-by-case basis. Requests may be refused in cases of:

  • Evidence of fraud or refund abuse.
  • Manipulative behavior intended to exploit the system.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.

5. Mac App Store Refunds

For subscriptions or licenses purchased via the Mac App Store, refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. Coloria and Paddle do not have the ability to process refunds for App Store transactions.

To request a refund for an App Store purchase:

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find the transaction and select "Report a Problem".
  3. Choose "I'd like to request a refund".

Note: Apple’s refund policy differs from ours and is subject to Apple's own terms and conditions.
