Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Payments for Coloria are processed by Paddle, our authorized payment provider. This policy explains your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Period)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days from the day after completing your purchase, without giving any reason.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do so by contacting us at support@coloria.me or through Paddle's contact form.

Important: Your right to cancel only applies to the initial subscription purchase and does not apply to automatic renewals. Additionally, this right does not apply if you have started downloading or using the digital content (the Coloria application).

2. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel within the permitted period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation decision.

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result.

3. Refund Policy (General)

Beyond the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and Coloria on a case-by-case basis. We may refuse refund requests if we find evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Refund abuse or manipulation
  • Other behavior that violates our Terms of Service

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

4. Free Trial Period

We provide a 7-day free trial for you to fully evaluate Coloria before making a purchase commitment. We encourage you to use this trial period to ensure the application meets your needs.

5. Subscription Management

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again.

6. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using Coloria, please contact our support team immediately at support@coloria.me. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
